Finally the LTTA of the HOSTVET project, 8 participants, two per partner organization, has been held. The new outputs of the project were realised and planned in the frame of a fantastic sea. Alghero was the venue of the meeting. With colleagues from IED (link IED), Mad For Europe, PROANDI we planned the new stages that will lead us to the end of the project scheduled for July 31, 2022 for the duration of 3 years because of the 2020 covid19 pandemic.
We have completed the training and its formula thanks to the modules completed by the partner organisations, which consist of 4 sections:
1. VET KA1 PREPARATORY ACTIVITIES
2. NEED ANALYSIS of participants and training plan
3. Communication support to the participants and evaluation
4. Building the relationship between schools and enterprises Together they will compose the training which will be particularly useful for those who want to approach the activities carried out by the VET organisations, it can also be a basis for professionalising profiles who would like to enter the sector by collaborating in European projects aimed at vet activities. The training will be specifically tested with companies and work based learning students in Portugal online as well as in presence with the participation of all partners during next and final meeting in July 2022 with the participation of students and companies supporting VET activities
It was also signed the Memorandum of Understanding of the founding partner organisations of the new HOSTVET network, which may be joined by other European organisations that will sign an annex in which they will undertake to follow the principles and methods followed by the partners who have defined the new methods with this project, not to forget that the project has been developed in times of covid, thus taking into account how to deal with emergency situations in European VET projects involving mobility.
The coordinator then reminded the participants to check all the administrative documentation in order to arrive at the final report with a clear and accurate situation.
Finally, interviews with the coordinators of the partner organisations will be published on the Hostvet website in order to contribute to a comprehensive dissemination plan giving the opportunity to the project managers of the VET projects to have their say on opportunities for improvement and innovation in the same action.
We will then meet in Povoa de Varzim in July near Porto, to host the last meeting which is expected to be interesting as it will contribute to the achievement of the project results a few days before its closure.
